For there's no one to play with today

I wonder at the night that lights my way

When the dreams in my heart were so pure
Now there's a song and it calls me on
I wonder what there is outside my door

A barren landscape sits with washed out dreams upon the sand
A silver sun light shines its washed out beams upon the land
